Vision
To build a sustainable, lifelong, and mutually enriching relationship between Apex University Jaipur and its vibrant, progressive, and global alumni community, fostering deep intellectual, social, and emotional connections through continuous engagement—anchored in the University's core values of excellence, inclusivity, innovation, and service.
Objectives of the Society

1. Build a Vibrant Alumni Network
- To create an organization and governance structure through which former students of Apex University Jaipur (AUJ) can stay connected, enabling active dialogue between current students, faculty, and alumni for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and guidance.

2. Establish a Dedicated Alumni Fund
- To form an Alumni Development Fund at AUJ whose proceeds will be used exclusively to support the education and welfare of deserving and needy students.

3. Alumni Participation in University Development
- To involve alumni in the growth and continuous improvement of the University by inviting them to contribute their expertise, time, and resources.

4. Leverage Alumni Expertise for National & Global Good
- To channel the knowledge and experience of AUJ graduates—many of whom are serving in India and abroad—for advancing education, technology, and research.

5. Create a Corpus for Student & Social Projects
- To build a corpus that finances educational, technological, entrepreneurial, or other socially beneficial projects proposed by current or former students of Apex University Jaipur.

6. Social Upliftment through Alumni Support
- To undertake community-development initiatives with the cooperation of AUJ alumni for the benefit of society at large.

7. Use Donations Solely for Public Interest
- To accept, receive, and manage movable or immovable donations and ensure they are applied strictly for the Society’s objectives and not for any individual’s personal gain.

8. Educational & Professional Programs
- With alumni support, to organize diverse academic programs and action plans such as:
- Fund-Raising Charity Events
- Scholarship Endowment Drives
- Industry-Academic Relationship Building
- Skill-Development Workshops
- Research & Innovation Grants
- Establishment of Endowment Funds and Alumni Chapters
- Advocacy for Higher Education
- 9. To work for the advancement of education in society through the former meritorious students of Apex University, Jaipur.
- 10. To establish career counselling centers at Apex University, Jaipur and other colleges through alumni who are well-settled and experienced, to provide proper guidance to the current students for career selection.
- 11. To support economically disadvantaged students currently studying at Apex University, Jaipur.
- 12. To assist current students of Apex University, Jaipur in gaining employment, internships, and self-employment opportunities.
- 13. To keep current students informed about ongoing technological innovations with the help of alumni who have already graduated.
- 14. To facilitate the transfer of practical knowledge and technical expertise from alumni to students, helping them develop professional skills in their respective fields.
- 15. To create alumni groups that will guide current students in obtaining jobs by organizing seminars and meetings to inform them about various government and non-government schemes and help develop their technical knowledge.
- 16. To make efforts for the moral and physical development of current students of Apex University, Jaipur.
- 17. To help provide quality learning resources to current students of Apex University, Jaipur.
- 18. To increase community participation in the promotion of education.
- 19. To establish AUJAS branches in different cities, states, and countries as needed.
Membership
Students who have received an education from Apex University will be eligible for membership.
Individuals meeting the following criteria will be eligible to become members of the Society:
1. Those who have studied at Apex University or at any constituent institution run by the Apex Education Society.
2. Must be of good conduct.
3. Must not be insolvent or declared bankrupt.
4. Must have faith in and commitment to the objectives of the Society.
5. Must prioritize the interest of the Society above personal interests.
