ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SCHOLARSHIP
The selection of applicants in the programs shall be made through merit and personal interview (as per the requirement). While evaluating students for admission, due weightage is given to academic distinction, award in sports / cultural events, debates, quizzes and other extra / co-curricular activities.
Scholarships
Right to Education is one of the fundamental rights of every Indian. Apex University believes that
money should not be a roadblock for a student with innovative ideas in his mind and passion in his
heart. We award scholarships and financial assistance to meritorious students based on their
academic achievements.
Several scholarships are offered to students depending on their academic credentials and their
achievements in sporting and cultural arena. The University grants full to partial waiver on tuition
fees payable by such meritorious students.
1. Apex Easy Pay
Apex University offers a unique scheme of Apex Easy pay to give students an ease to deposit their course fee in 2 equal installments.
2. Academic / Merit Scholarship
Apex University, Jaipur offers academic / merit scholarships to students pursuing UG / PG programs. The scholarships are based on performance in Class XII/Graduation (or equivalent).
Scholarships for achievers with 60% and above marks in the qualifying Examination duly recognized by the Government authorized Boards/Councils/Universities are as follows:

3. Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana (1st time in Rajasthan with 100% Secured Education)
This scheme has been designed to help benefit in accomplishing the dream career of all such students who hail from a humble background of the society. Under ASSY scheme, the following categories of students can be benefitted: -
- ASSY since 2021 undertakes to square off (100 %) of the future academic fee liability and offers 100 % of the academic scholarship on the course fee to those students who take admission in the current academic session and who lost their earning parent in some unfortunate event during the term of their education at Apex University/Apex Foundation. This 100 % academic scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable until completion of the course /program.
- 50 % of the academic Scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable to all such students who have enrolled themselves in Apex University / Apex Foundation and have single earning parents & whose father is NOT alive. This scheme is applicable at the time of admission of the students in each new academic session. This 50 % academic scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable until completion of the course /program.
- 50 % oftheacademic scholarshiponthecoursefeeshallbeapplicableto allsuch students whose father had died during the term of their education at Group Institutions of APEX / Apex University and who took admission in 2020-21 sessions & before that.
4. Apex Loyalty Bonus
Apex Loyalty Bonus of 10 % on the academic/course fee shall be applicable to all such students who have completed their study in any/course/program from any of the group institutions of APEX/Apex Universityand wish to continue further study in any course/program offered by Apex University/Group Institutes ofApex.
5. Early Bird Scholarship
Scholarship of 10 % on EBR in 1st year course fee shall be paid to all such students who gets registered in the course / program offered by Apex University/Apex Foundation before 31stMay 2025 and have paid the complete1st installment fee on or before 31st May 2025
❖ Terms & Conditions:
- The scholarship on EBR is applicable for the registrations made before 31st MAY 2025 & on the payment of 1st installment fee before 31st MAY 2025. No further extension & consideration in allowing the scholarship on EBR is permissible under any circumstances after the lapse of the said deadlines.
- The Academic / Merit Scholarship to eligible students is applicable ONLY on academic /course Fee asper the above-mentioned criteria.
- All the enrolled students at Apex University/Apex Foundation will have to pay the other miscellaneous fees like Form / Application Fee, Enrollment Fee, Exam Fee, Alumni Fee, Uniform Fee etc. and there shall be not any type of scholarship/discount/rebate on these miscellaneous fees.
- The EBR or the academic/merit scholarship (whichever is applicable) shall be paid / awarded to all the eligible candidatesin the even Semestersubject to the deposition of the complete 1st installment fee (50 % of the prescribed 1st year fee without any late fine).
- The EBR is applicable ONLY for first-year students. No EBR OR any type of Scholarship shall be applicable for B.Sc. Nursing, D. El. Ed. (NCTE approved) & B.Ed., D.Ed. Special Education and B. Ed Special Education, DMLT, DRT, DOTT & Dip. In Opth. B.Sc (Clinical Psychology), Ph.D. programs.
❖ To avail academic / merit scholarship for the subsequent years /semesters, the eligible students will have to adhere to the following conditions.
- 75% of academic attendance is required to be maintained in all academic sessions (Theory & Practical).
- The students will have to pass all the papers in first attempt in all the exams during the entire duration of the course /program and there should NOT be any Back Paper.
- Students should not have been involved in any in-disciplinary activity and have not been subjected todisciplinary action at any point of time during the entire course / program.
- From Second Year onwards, the Academic/Merit Scholarship amount will be paid / adjusted in the 2nd installment fee in the even Semester only after the timely deposition of the prescribed annual fee & filling of the prescribed Registration Form.
- The right to claim for scholarship will cease to exist and cannot be carried forward in case of noncompliance with the above laid preconditions at any point of time during the entire duration of the course / program.
